Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for in-home outpatient therapy with older adults, primarily in the Methuen area. The role offers full-time (30 hours/week) or part-time (24–29 hours/week) options, with a flexible schedule across home, assisted living, and community settings.

You will evaluate and treat patients, coordinate with the rehab team, and provide therapy in the patients' homes to maximize functional communication and swallowing outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to and from the patients' residence.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in the home setting for older adults.
• Supervise CFYs, students and support personnel as applicable per state licensure.
• Develop and implement speech-language pathology treatment plans and goals.
• Coordinate care with the rehabilitation team and referring physician.
• Document, schedule and bill for services in a timely manner.
