Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation in Taunton, MA is seeking a Part-time Physical Therapist to deliver in-home outpatient rehabilitation for older adults. You will assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs in the patient’s home or in independent living settings.

Qualifications

Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the applicable state.
Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent PT education path with related degrees.
Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient rehab services in-home for older adults.
Develop and deliver individualized therapy programs to restore function.
Supervise PT assistants and students as required by state rules.
Refer to other disciplines to address comprehensive patient needs.
Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and safety.
Maintain timely documentation and participate in team care planning.
