Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide in-home outpatient rehabilitation for older adults across MA. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, flexible scheduling, and delivering services in homes or community settings.

Applicants must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the relevant state(s), meet education requirements, and possess reliable transportation to patients’ residences.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Requires a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.
• Must have a driver’s license or reliable transportation to patients’ residences.

Responsibilities

• Supervise PTAs, temporary licensees, students and support personnel as required by state licensure.
• Adhere to department schedules, clinical and billing documentation, and meetings.
• Contribute to patient care conferences and care planning.
• Refer patients to other disciplines to address comprehensive needs.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to select appropriate therapies.
• Adapt plans of care to patient needs and promote safety in the home.
