Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Initial NBCOT certification.
• Active OT license in CT (or eligible) and driver's license.

• Deliver in-home OT services to older adults in private homes or ALF/ILF.
• Supervise OT aides and students as allowed by state licensure.
• Document timely clinical and billing information.
• Develop and implement OT plans of care.
• Collaborate with rehab team and physicians for patient goals.
• Promote safety and manage equipment and supplies.
