Job summary

Powerback Rehab Mobile Outpatient Therapy is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide in-home outpatient therapy in Vernon CT and surrounding areas. The role includes evaluating and treating older adults in their homes or in independent living facilities, developing OT plans, and coordinating care with the rehab team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy curriculum.
• Initial NBCOT registration.
• Valid OT license in the state of practice.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient occupational therapy services in home settings for older adults.
• Supervise assistants and students per licensure requirements.
• Document clinical and billing information timely and accurately.
• Design and implement OT treatment plans and adaptive devices.
• Promote safe home environments and coordinate with care teams.
