Job summary

JLL is seeking a Mobile Engineer to join our El Paso, TX team. The role focuses on operating, inspecting, and maintaining HVAC, refrigeration, and related systems across assigned facilities to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.

You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance while documenting work and coordinating with teams. The position requires 4+ years in building engineering with strong HVAC/R, plumbing and electrical skills, CMMS experience, and a valid driver’s

Qualifications

• Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment).
• Minimum of four (4) years of technical building engineering experience, HVAC/R, plumbing and electrical.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration and/or supermarket refrigeration.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive and repair work orders on facility systems and equipment.
• Maintain, operate and repair HVAC/R systems and electrical, plumbing, and production equipment.
• Familiarize with equipment and proper usage for daily activities.
• Conduct facility inspections and due diligence reporting conditions affecting occupancy.
• Submit P-card receipts daily and update work orders in real time.
• Use CMMS systems for all work performed and maintain licenses, including a valid state driver’s license.
• Be available for call-in work and perform other duties as required.
