• Licenses as required by jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair on facility mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Operate, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment and related building systems.
• Record readings, monitor performance, and adjust equipment for proper operation.
• Utilize CMMS (Corrigo) to document work performed and status updates.
• Assist with safety procedures and incident reporting.
