Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a mobile field technician to cover Lancaster, PA and surrounding areas for on-site maintenance and repair of building systems. You will handle HVAC/R, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical tasks across commercial properties.

Required qualifications include 4+ years in building engineering and strong experience with service and repair of mechanical systems, including refrigeration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering with a strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, production equipment repair and maintenance.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration and/or supermarket refrigeration.
• Preferred Qualifications include CMMS (Work Order) systems and working knowledge of Word and Excel.

• Must be available for Call-in work and perform other duties as required.
