Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Chicago, IL is seeking a Mobile Engineer with strong HVAC and electrical skills to maintain, repair and operate facility systems. The role requires multi-trade capability, safety compliance and client-facing professionalism.

You will perform preventive and repair work, coordinate with contractors, and assist in emergencies. A High School diploma and Universal CFC certification are required, with 4+ years’ related experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• HVAC technician experience with universal CFC recovery certification.
• Minimum four years’ experience in electrician or HVAC/Refrigeration fields.
• Must be available for call-in work and other duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive and repair work orders on facility systems including HVAC and electrical.
• Maintain HVAC systems and equipment, inspect and replace parts as needed.
• Operate and repair plumbing and building systems, manage grounds and interiors.
• Record readings, monitor outside contractors, and assure quality of work.
• Assist Facility Management in emergencies and safety incidents.
• Complete safety assessments and comply with all safety procedures.
• Utilize CMMS (Corrigo) for updating work orders and status.
