Job summary

JLL is hiring an HVAC service technician for on-site work in Omaha, NE. You will service and repair commercial HVAC equipment, including chillers and related components, with daily interactions across teams, clients, and vendors.

The role requires 3+ years in HVAC service or 5 years military HVAC exposure, HS diploma or GED, and Universal CFC certification. Must pass background checks and safety trainings; travel within a defined geography is expected.

Qualifications

• Three years of HVAC service/repair experience or five years of military HVAC exposure.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Universal CFC certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance on commercial HVAC systems.
• Coordinate with teams and customers in person, on the phone, and via email.
• Adhere to safety procedures and vehicle operating standards.
