Qualifications

• 5+ years practical HVAC experience.
• Able to push/pull/lift 50 lbs.
• EPA Universal certification.
• Able to stand, crawl, sit, climb stairs/rooftop.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Valid driver’s license and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain HVAC systems for efficient operation.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical malfunctions.
• Install, replace, and calibrate HVAC equipment, including controls.
• Service refrigeration equipment such as refrigerators, ice machines, gas packs, and heat pumps.
• Maintain chilled and hot water supply systems and control systems.
• Assemble and install metal ductwork and assist in HVAC system planning and design.
• Ensure compliance with regulations by maintaining maintenance records.
• Identify and mitigate risks to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with management to support safety and operational standards.
