Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Mobile Engineer in Montgomery, AL. You will operate, inspect, and repair HVAC/R and building systems across assigned facilities, focusing on energy efficiency and uptime.

You will handle preventive work orders, maintain records, and collaborate with teams to support high occupancy sites. The role requires a strong technical background in HVAC/R, electrical and plumbing, plus four years of building engineering experience and a valid driver’s

Qualifications

HVAC/R and building systems expertise with four years of technical experience.
Knowledge of refrigeration and electrical systems.
High school diploma or GED required; CFC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical and electrical systems.
Operate, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems and related equipment.
Inspect equipment and identify maintenance needs during daily activities.
Conduct facility inspections and due diligence for client occupancy.
Submit P-card receipts daily and update work orders in real time.
Utilize CMMS (Corrigo) for all work performed.
Maintain a valid state driver’s license and be on-call.
Be available for call-in work as required.
