Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to operate, inspect and maintain HVAC/R and related systems at our Tuscaloosa, AL facilities. This on-site role emphasizes preventive maintenance, energy efficiency, and reliable building operations.

You will use Corrigo CMMS, document work orders, and support on-call duties. A strong background in HVAC/R, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment).
• 4+ years in building engineering with HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical and production equipment repair.
• Experience with commercial refrigeration and/or supermarket refrigeration is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical and electrical systems.
• Maintain and repair HVAC/R systems and related equipment.
• Conduct inspections and report conditions impacting occupancy and operations.
• Update work orders and document activity; be available for on-call duties.
