Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade diploma with 1–2 years related experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Inspect and perform ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems for HVAC/R equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and identify best course of action for modifications.
• Follow defined procedures/processes under supervision.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Operate company-issued vehicles to carry out daily work.
