Job summary

JLL is seeking a Mobile Engineer to operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing equipment in assigned facilities. The role focuses on reliability, energy efficiency, and minimizing downtime while documenting past experiences and repairs.

Qualified candidates will have strong HVAC/R and electrical skills, a high school diploma or GED, and familiarity with CMMS tools. On-site work in San Antonio, TX, requires a valid driver’s license and flexibility for call-in

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical building engineering experience with HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical and production equipment maintenance.
• Experience troubleshooting commercial refrigeration/refrigeration systems.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility systems and equipment.
• Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC/R systems and related electrical/plumbing components.
• Inspect and document conditions; update work orders and CMMS entries.
• Ensure safety and energy efficiency; support on-site operations.
