Qualifications

• Four years’ experience in electrician or HVAC/refrigeration trades.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC systems and equipment.
• Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility systems.
• Use CMMS to update work order status in real time.
• Assist with safety and emergency procedures as required.
