Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Mobile HVAC/Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs across commercial facilities in Topeka, KS and Wichita, KS. The role requires hands-on HVAC skills, energy-conscious mindset, and the ability to work independently in a truck-based service environment.

The position is full-time, on-site, with a schedule that involves travel between locations.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in commercial HVAC service and repairs (or 5 years of military HVAC experience)
• High school graduate or GED
• Universal CFC certification + valid driver’s license
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair HVAC, mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems to keep buildings in peak condition
• Identify energy savings opportunities through system and operation improvements
• Plan assignments with minimal supervision and assist as needed across trades
• Travel to multiple sites within the geography, working on-site in Topeka, KS and Wichita, KS
