Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required with related trade schooling.
- Minimum four years in electrician or HVAC trade or related field.
- Ability to operate and repair HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems; maintenance mindset.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility systems and components.
- Maintain, operate and repair HVAC systems and related equipment.
- Monitor readings, adjust equipment, and record data in CMMS.
- Respond to emergencies and support Facility Management during incidents.
- Ensure safety procedures and proper PPE are followed at all times.
