Job summary

JLL is seeking a Mobile Engineer to maintain, troubleshoot and repair facility systems across assigned buildings, with a focus on HVAC, electrical and plumbing. You will perform preventive work orders, monitor equipment and coordinate with contractors to ensure optimal operations.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED, at least two years of college or trade schooling, and four years of experience in the electrician or HVAC trades.

Qualifications

• PPE must be used for all tasks and activities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for client-facing work.
• Proficiency in basic computer apps (Word, Excel) required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Operate, monitor and repair building equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Coordinate with external contractors and supervise work quality and safety.
