Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Engineer to perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs for buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds in the St. Louis area and beyond to Kansas City.

The role involves servicing client locations with a company van, gas card, tablet, phone, uniforms, tools, boot allowance, and PPE. The position requires a high school diploma or trade schooling with 4–5 years of related experience, Universal CFC certification, a valid driver’s

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent; 4–5 years of related experience may substitute.
Universal CFC certification and valid driver’s license required.
Experience working on self-contained units required.
Knowledge of water-cooled heat pumps helpful.
Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs or more; physical stamina expected.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance and repairs of mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems.
Review work orders; estimate time/materials; maintain stock of supplies and tools.
Implement preventive maintenance to extend equipment life and handle emergency repairs as needed.
Ensure building systems operate within environmental specifications and comply with codes.
