Job summary

JLL in Allentown, PA seeks a Mobile Engineer to operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and building systems across assigned facilities. The role emphasizes energy efficiency, preventive maintenance, and reducing downtime while ensuring safety and reliability.

The candidate should have strong HVAC/R, electrical, and plumbing skills, with CMMS proficiency and the ability to work on multiple systems.

Qualifications

Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days)
4+ years of technical experience in building engineering with focus on HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment
Experience with commercial refrigeration and/or supermarket refrigeration
High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

Perform ongoing preventive and repair work orders on facility systems and components
Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC/R systems and related electrical/plumbing
Study equipment and procedures to perform daily activities effectively
Complete inspections and due diligence reports affecting client occupancy and operations
Submit P-card receipts daily and update work order status in real time
Utilize CMMS systems for all work performed
Possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license
Be available for call-in work and other duties as required
