Jones Lang LaSalle in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Mobile HVAC/R Engineer to operate, inspect, and maintain all HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing and production equipment at assigned facilities. The role emphasizes energy efficiency, safety, and minimizing downtime through proactive repairs.

You will troubleshoot and repair facility equipment across HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution, piping, and related infrastructure, while maintaining records and using CMMS for work orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days).
• 4+ years in building engineering with HVAC/R, electrical and plumbing.
• Experience with commercial refrigeration systems and supermarkets.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Operate, maintain and repair HVAC/R systems and related equipment at assigned facilities.
• Inspect facilities and report conditions affecting occupancy and operations.
• Utilize CMMS to update work orders and track repairs in real time.
