Job summary

CBRE is seeking an HVAC/R Mobile Engineer to service critical retail pharmacy and healthcare locations. You will travel between client sites to inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, refrigeration, and related systems, ensuring reliability and safety.

The role offers autonomy and variety as you diagnose equipment issues, perform repairs, document maintenance, and operate company vehicles. Strong problem-solving, math, and MS Office skills are essential to support facilities that serve

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED with 4–5 years of related experience.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more and handle physical tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Inspect and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and related building systems at client sites.
Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine corrective actions.
Perform repairs and preventive maintenance as assigned; keep maintenance records updated.
Operate company vehicles to reach daily job sites and coordinate with teams.
Explain technical details clearly to clients and teammates.
Coach others and share HVAC knowledge across the team.
