Qualifications

• 4-5 years of job-related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and building systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment in the field.
• Willingness to travel between client sites and manage preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, refrigeration, and related building systems at assigned sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs, document maintenance records.
• Operate company vehicles and ensure safety and compliance with codes.
• Coordinate with team members and share HVAC expertise to improve service quality.
