Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is hiring a HVAC Mobile Engineer to service mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems across multiple facilities in the Southern California region, including healthcare sites such as hospitals and clinics.

You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure reliable operation. You will troubleshoot equipment, document maintenance activities, and coordinate with site teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or trade diploma with 4–5 years of job-related experience.
• Willingness to meet physical requirements (lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain building HVAC equipment to meet codes and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot failures and perform repairs on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Perform preventive and emergency maintenance and record-keeping.
• Operate company vehicles to reach multiple sites and coordinate with teams.
• Share HVAC knowledge and mentor junior staff in technical tasks.
• Uphold CBRE RISE values and drive reliable system performance.
