Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a HVAC Mobile Engineer to maintain and repair commercial HVAC systems across Laurinburg-area healthcare clinics. You’ll perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and coordinate with building teams while complying with codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or trade school with 4–5 years of related experience.
• Must meet physical requirements including lifting 50 lbs and climbing stairs/ladders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to analyze mildly complex issues and apply innovative thinking.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems across facilities.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and perform repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Operate company vehicles and document service activities and records.
• Support healthcare clinics in Laurinburg NC area within CBRE GWS.
• Collaborate with teams and coach others on HVAC best practices.
• Ensure work complies with codes, regulations, and safety standards.
