Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Texas seeks a HVAC Mobile Engineer to maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems across healthcare sites in the Longview area. This role includes preventive maintenance, repairs, and on-site service to ensure critical systems operate smoothly.

You will work a day shift, Monday–Friday, with a company van and tools provided. A valid driver’s license and a Universal EPA are required, along with 4–5 years of related experience and a High School

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of related experience.
• Meet physical requirements including lifting heavy loads and mobility.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving ability.
• Basic math skills for calculations and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Inspections and preventive maintenance on building HVAC equipment per guidelines.
• Troubleshoot failures, modify equipment, and perform repairs on electrical and plumbing systems.
• Complete maintenance records and operate company vehicles as needed.
• Share knowledge with teammates and coach others when appropriate.
• Contribute to safe, compliant operation and high-quality outcomes.
