Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a HVAC Mobile Engineer to maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems at healthcare facilities in Centennial, CO. You will travel to multiple sites, perform preventive maintenance, and handle repairs to ensure reliable operation.

You will troubleshoot issues, document work, and follow safety standards while working under CBRE policies. A high school diploma or trade school training is required, with EPA Universal certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of job-related experience preferred.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Meet physical requirements including lifting 50 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain building HVAC equipment to code and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and perform repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Complete maintenance records and service reports.
• Operate company vehicles to reach multiple sites as needed.
• Share expertise to coach others on HVAC systems and related disciplines.
• Explain technical information clearly to clients and team members.
