ManpowerGroup client in Rochester, NY is seeking a Mobile Engineer 3 to support multiple commercial client sites. The role involves preventive maintenance and repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, with travel between facilities.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience, EPA 608 Type II Certification, and a valid driver's license. This position offers a stable Monday–Friday first-shift schedule and opportunities to work across diverse building systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• EPA 608 Type II Certification (Universal Certification preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting skills across HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Travel between multiple facilities to inspect, maintain, and repair critical building equipment and infrastructure.
• Monitor equipment performance, record operational data, and make system adjustments to ensure optimal functionality.
• Coordinate and oversee contracted maintenance vendors while maintaining quality, safety, and cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, hazardous material procedures, and facility maintenance best practices.
