Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Travel between multiple facilities to inspect, maintain, and repair critical building equipment and infrastructure.
• Monitor equipment performance, record operational data, and make system adjustments to ensure optimal functionality.
• Coordinate and oversee contracted maintenance vendors while maintaining quality, safety, and cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, hazardous material procedures, and facility maintenance best practices.

As a Mobile Engineer 3, you will be part of the Facilities Operations team supporting multiple commercial client sites throughout the Rochester area. Pay Range: $35.00 - $37.00 per hour
