The role covers preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems, ensuring uptime across multiple locations. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial maintenance, EPA Universal Certification, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to travel 30-40 miles between sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial maintenance, HVAC, or electrical experience.
• Universal EPA Certification is required.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for HVAC and electrical systems.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to travel between locations within a 30–40 mile radius and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems across 15-18 retail sites.
• Conduct compliance inspections to meet safety and regulatory standards.
• Maintain, service, and repair HVAC equipment with inspections, cleaning, and component replacements.
• Respond to service requests and emergencies, resolving recurring facility issues.
• Coordinate with and oversee third-party vendors performing specialized maintenance services.
