Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Ann Arbor, MI seeks a Mobile HVAC Technician to operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and related equipment across facilities.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in building engineering with HVAC/R, a HS diploma, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 80 lbs, and strong safety/customer-service orientation. Competitive hourly pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering with HVAC/R focus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; universal CFC recovery certification preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, work at heights, and operate ladders up to 30 feet.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with safety and compliance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment in assigned facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to work orders to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Conduct inspections of interior and exterior property areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing and lighting systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution, plumbing, and related building systems.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
