Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Allentown, PA seeks a Mobile Engineer to operate, maintain and repair HVAC/R and related building systems across assigned facilities, ensuring energy efficiency and minimal downtime.

You will perform preventive and repair work orders, update CMMS records, and be on-call; a valid state driver’s license and a background in building engineering are required.

Qualifications

• Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment).
• Minimum of four years of technical building engineering experience.
• Knowledge of overall system design and applications.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and associated equipment.
• Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC/R systems and related electrical/plumbing components.
• Perform inspections and repairs of both interior and exterior areas and fixtures.
• Carry out preventive and repair work orders on mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems.
• Update work orders and CMMS records in real time; be on-call as required.
