Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Mobile HVAC/Maintenance Technician to operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment across Winston-Salem facilities. The role emphasizes energy efficiency, safety, and reducing downtime through proactive repairs.

The technician will handle inspections, repairs, and record keeping, using CMMS to manage work orders.

Qualifications

• HVAC/R knowledge and experience across building systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical, plumbing and mechanical issues.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and repair work orders.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on HVAC/R and related systems.
• Maintain, operate and repair HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing and related equipment.
• Conduct facility inspections and report conditions impacting operations.
• Update work orders and CMMS status in real time.
• Possess valid state driver’s license and be available for on-call work.
