Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is hiring a Mobile Engineer for Raleigh, NC. You'll operate, inspect and repair HVAC/R systems, electrical, plumbing and production equipment across assigned facilities, focusing on energy efficiency and uptime.

The role requires on-call availability and a valid driver's license, with CMMS use for work orders. You'll perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs, document findings, and support occupancy operations.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in building engineering with HVAC/R focus.
• Experience with commercial refrigeration.
• Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days).
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsabilidades

• Ongoing preventive and repair work orders on mechanical/electrical systems.
• Maintain, operate and repair HVAC/R systems and related equipment.
• Inspect facilities and report conditions impacting occupancy and operations.
• Update work order status in real time and document findings.
• Utilize CMMS systems for all work performed.
• Possess and maintain a valid state driver's license and be on-call.
