Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Mobile Engineer to operate, inspect and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and facility systems across assigned properties in North Carolina. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure energy-efficient, safe operation to minimize downtime.

The role requires hands-on multi-skilled expertise in HVAC/R, electrical and plumbing, with a valid state driver's license and on-call availability.

Qualifications

Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment)
4+ years of technical experience in building engineering with HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, production equipment repair and maintenance
Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration and/or supermarket refrigeration
High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

Perform ongoing preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical and other installed systems
Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC/R systems and associated equipment
Study and become familiar with equipment and methods used daily
Perform facility inspections and due diligence; report conditions affecting occupancy
Submit P-card receipts daily
Update work order status in real time
Utilize CMMS systems for all work performed
Possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license
Be available for call-in work and other duties as required
