Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Tampa, FL is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to operate, inspect and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing and production equipment across assigned facilities. The role emphasizes energy efficiency, system reliability and minimizing downtime.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in building engineering with HVAC/R expertise, a Universal CFC cert, and a valid driver’s license; on-call availability is required, and CMMS (Corrigo) will be used for work

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of building engineering/maintenance experience, HVAC/R focus.
• Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment).
• Experience with commercial refrigeration is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment.
• Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC/R systems and related infrastructure.
• Complete facility inspections and document conditions affecting occupancy and operations.
• Update work orders and CMMS entries in Corrigo in real time.
