Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Technician to perform hands-on maintenance across multiple commercial properties. You will handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical tasks and travel between sites using company or personal vehicle with mileage reimbursed.

The role requires HVAC/mechanical aptitude, a valid driver’s license, and basic office software skills; you may be the only technician on duty at times, and overtime or shift work may be required.

Qualifications

• Technical, vocational or on-the-job training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, process controls, or related fields.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and potential commercial license.
• Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel & Word.
• May be sole maintenance staff on duty; may require overtime and standby.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems including rooftops, split systems, and chillers.
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance across properties.
• Respond to service requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain records of work performed and materials used.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Travel between sites using company or personal vehicle; mileage reimbursed.
