Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Mobile Industrial HVAC Technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation across multiple client locations. The role demands travel, strong diagnostic skills, and commitment to safety in industrial environments.

Candidates should have at least 5 years in HVAC maintenance, EPA 608 certification, and a valid driver’s license. You will document service reports, read blueprints, and support after-hours calls as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational HVAC training preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting experience in industrial, manufacturing, commercial, or distribution environments.
• Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial HVAC systems, electrical and control systems, refrigeration fundamentals, motors/pumps/fans, and building automation.

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple client locations to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC equipment including RTUs, air handlers, exhaust systems, split systems, and package units.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and control-related issues.
• Service and maintain refrigeration components and related equipment.
• Test and verify proper operation using gauges, meters, and diagnostic tools.
• Read blueprints and control schematics; complete service reports and maintenance records.
• Identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions or capital improvements.
