Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Lead Mobile Maintenance Technician to perform hands-on maintenance across multiple commercial properties, focusing on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Qualifications

• Technical, vocational or on‑the‑job training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, process controls, mechanical power transmissions, painting, plumbing, carpentry or engine repair
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Basic Computing Skills in Outlook, Excel & Word

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units, split systems, and chillers
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance across assigned properties
• Respond to service requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Travel between multiple sites using a company‑provided vehicle or personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
