Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Technician to perform hands-on upkeep across multiple commercial properties. Ideal candidates will have strong HVAC, electrical, and general building maintenance experience and hold a valid driver’s license to travel between sites.

The role requires completing preventive and routine maintenance, diagnosing issues, and documenting work while ensuring safety and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining HVAC systems including rooftop units, split systems and chillers.
• Ability to travel between sites with a valid license and good driving record.
• Proficient using Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units, split systems, and chillers.
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance across assigned properties.
• Respond to service requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Travel between multiple sites using a company‑provided vehicle or mileage reimbursement.
