Job summary

Qualifications

• Technical, vocational or on-the-job training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or related fields.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record; travel between sites will be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems including rooftops, splits, and chillers.
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance across assigned properties.
• Respond to service requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Ensure safety compliance and company policies; travel between sites as needed.
