Job summary
Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) seeks a Mobile HVAC Technician to operate, inspect and repair HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing and production equipment at Raleigh facilities. On-site coverage with strong preventive maintenance focus and field troubleshooting expertise is required.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years' building engineering experience, HVAC/R specialties, and CMMS familiarity. On-call availability, a valid driver's license, and a high school diploma or GED are essential.
Qualifications
- Requires universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days)
- 4+ years of technical building engineering experience with HVAC/R focus
- Experience troubleshooting commercial refrigeration
- On-site Raleigh area availability and valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility systems and equipment
- Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC/R systems and electrical/ plumbing components
- Inspect facilities and report conditions impacting operations
- Use Corrigo CMMS to update work orders and track status
- Assist with on-call duties as required
