Job summary

JLL in Glendive, MT is seeking a Mobile Engineer to maintain and repair facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. You will perform preventive and repair work orders, keep equipment in optimum condition, and support client occupancy with proactive operations.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 2 years college or trade schooling, and 4 years in the electrician or HVAC trades.

Qualifications

• PPE awareness and safe work practices.
• Strong customer service skills are required.
• Good interpersonal communication is essential.
• Working knowledge of Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility systems and components.
• Maintain and repair HVAC systems and electrical distribution equipment.
• Record readings, monitor pricing, and supervise contractors when needed.
• Assist in safety and emergency response as part of the facilities team.
• Update work order status in real time and use CMMS tools.
