CBRE is seeking a HVAC Mobile Engineer to maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems across facilities in the Saint Louis area. The role supports healthcare sites with preventive maintenance, repairs and on-site service to ensure critical systems operate smoothly.

Candidate will work on site, perform inspections, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, electrical and plumbing equipment, while following safety standards and CBRE RISE values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or trade schooling with 4–5 years of related experience.
• Willingness to adapt and apply innovative thinking to daily work.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and analytical mindset.
• Sophisticated math skills for calculating percentages, fractions, etc.
• EPA certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Inspect and maintain building HVAC equipment in compliance with codes and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot failures and determine repair actions for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and keep maintenance records.
• Operate company vehicles as part of daily duties.
• Share HVAC knowledge and coach others within the team.
• Lead by example in line with CBRE values and drive consensus.
• Explain complex information clearly to team members and clients.
