Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a HVAC Mobile Engineer to maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC across facilities in the Louisville area.

You will support preventive maintenance, repairs, and on-call service as part of the Engineering and Technical Services team. The role requires a High School Diploma or trade school, 4–5 years of related experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, combination of experience and education considered.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and meet physical requirements of the role.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain HVAC equipment in accordance with codes and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot failures and perform preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Operate company vehicles for daily work tasks.
