You will troubleshoot equipment, ensure compliance with codes, and coordinate with teams to keep critical systems running smoothly. The role includes driving company vehicles and sharing HVAC expertise with colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 4–5 years of related experience.
• EPA certification required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain building HVAC equipment per codes and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot failures and perform repairs on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Complete preventive maintenance and service records.
• Operate company vehicles as needed.
• Coach others and share HVAC expertise.
• Lead by example and uphold CBRE RISE values.
• Explain complex technical details clearly to clients.
