Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Mobile HVAC Engineer to maintain and repair facility HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems across client buildings. The role covers compressors, condensers, coils, piping, control systems, and emergency response.

Strong preference for HVAC/industrial experience and admissible licenses, with travel to multiple locations as needed. The engineer will operate and service boilers, pumps, and refrigerant equipment while following safety protocols and company

Qualifications

Experience with HVAC equipment, boilers, pumps, refrigerant systems, and controls.
Strong background in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Knowledge of energy management systems and building operations.
Licenses or certifications appropriate for the location (Journeyman/Master Electrician, EPA Section 608).
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with tenants and vendors.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems.
Operate and repair boilers, pumps, valves, and refrigeration equipment.
Maintain building automation systems and fire/safety systems.
Respond to emergencies and coordinate with client facilities teams.
Travel between properties as needed and maintain safety PPE.
Maintain inventory and support safety training and compliance.
