Job summary

The candidate should have 4–5 years of related experience, be able to lift heavy loads, and be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of related experience; shift supervisor experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain building HVAC equipment per codes and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot failures and perform repairs; modify as needed.
• Complete maintenance records and operate company vehicles.
