Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Mobile Engineer to support the maintenance, repair, and operation of building systems across multiple client locations.

This role involves traveling between facilities to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to keep systems running safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have HVAC maintenance experience, basic electrical/plumbing skills, and the ability to coordinate with facility teams and vendors to ensure timely

Qualifications

• HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair experience.
• General building maintenance and repair experience.
• Electrical troubleshooting and basic repairs.
• Plumbing repairs and fixtures knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC systems (rooftop units, air handlers, chillers, boilers).
• Diagnose HVAC issues and perform necessary repairs to ensure reliable operation.
• Conduct general building maintenance (doors, fixtures, etc.).
• Perform basic electrical repairs and troubleshoot electrical issues within scope.
• Perform basic plumbing repairs and fix leaks or replace fixtures.
• Inspect systems and recommend corrective actions.
• Respond to maintenance requests and service calls promptly.
• Maintain documentation in the maintenance system.
• Travel between client locations to perform tasks and inspections.
• Follow safety procedures, codes, and company policies.
• Coordinate with vendors and facility teams as needed.
